Adjunct Professor at the School of Law, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Previously served as Assistant Vice President of GCL Group, China Regional Legal Director of GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited (3800.HK), and held director or supervisor positions at several subsidiaries under GCL.

With over twenty years of experience in corporate legal affairs, professional management, and legal practice, he has extensive expertise in investment and mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance management, risk control, and Hong Kong main board listings. He is familiar with industries such as energy, new energy, and mining, and also possesses a background in financial management.

During his tenure of more than a decade at GCL Group, he led the establishment of the Group's legal department, built its legal management system, formulated legal management standards and processes, and guided and standardized legal risk management across the Group and its subsidiaries. He played a key role in the Hong Kong main board listing project of GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited (3800.HK), taking full responsibility for all China-related legal aspects, which culminated in the company's successful listing in November 2007. He also participated in the domestic legal work for GCL-Poly's acquisition of photovoltaic assets from its controlling shareholder in June 2009, a transaction valued at RMB 26.35 billion involving polysilicon and wafer production, which was honored with the ALB 2009 "Deal of the Year" award for M&A. Over the past decade and more, he has been involved in dozens of investment and acquisition projects across various types of power plants—including coal-fired, gas-fired, biomass, wind, solar, and waste-to-energy—undertaken by GCL Group and GCL-Poly.
