\/><\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<section>\n<section>\n<section>\n<section><\/section>\n<section><strong>\u4e00\u3001\u540d\u79f0\u4e0e\u6210\u7acb<\/strong>\u4e1c\u5357\u4e9a\u56fd\u5bb6\u8054\u76df\uff08ASEAN\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u96c6\u5408\u4e1c\u5357\u4e9a\u533a\u57df\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u6027\u56fd\u9645\u7ec4\u7ec7\u3002\u6210\u7acb\u4e8e\u51b7\u6218\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u6700\u521d\u4fa7\u91cd\u519b\u4e8b\u5b89\u5168\u4e0e\u653f\u6cbb\u4e2d\u7acb\uff0c\u540e\u9010\u6e10\u6269\u5c55\u81f3\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u4e1c\u76df\u6210\u7acb\u4e8e1967\u5e748\u67088\u65e5\uff0c\u7531\u6cf0\u56fd\u3001\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u3001\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u3001\u5370\u5c3c\u4e94\u56fd\u5916\u957f\u5728\u66fc\u8c37\u4f1a\u8bae\u540e\u53d1\u8868\u300a\u4e1c\u76df\u5ba3\u8a00\u300b\u5ba3\u544a\u6210\u7acb\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e8c\u3001\u7ec4\u6210\u4e0e\u5386\u53f2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e1c\u76df\u76ee\u524d\u5171\u670910\u4e2a\u6b63\u5f0f\u6210\u5458\u56fd\uff0c\u79f0\u4e3a\u4e1c\u76df\u5341\u56fd\uff08ASEAN 10\uff09\uff0c\u53e6\u6709\u5019\u9009\u56fd\u548c\u89c2\u5bdf\u56fd\u5404\u4e00\u3002\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u5305\u62ec\u6587\u83b1\u3001\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u3001\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u3001\u8001\u631d\u3001\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u3001\u7f05\u7538\u3001\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u3001\u6cf0\u56fd\u548c\u8d8a\u5357\u3002\u4e1c\u76df\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u5305\u62ec1976\u5e74\u7684\u300a\u4e1c\u5357\u4e9a\u53cb\u597d\u5408\u4f5c\u6761\u7ea6\u300b\u548c\u300a\u4e1c\u76df\u534f\u8c03\u4e00\u81f4\u5ba3\u8a00\u300b\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca2007\u5e74\u7684\u300a\u4e1c\u76df\u5baa\u7ae0\u300b\u7b7e\u7f72\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e09\u3001\u5468\u8fb9\u8d38\u6613\u5173\u7cfb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. \u4e1c\u76df\u5341\u52a0\u4e09<\/p>\n<p>\u4e1c\u76df\u4e0e\u4e2d\u3001\u65e5\u3001\u97e9\u7b49\u56fd\u901a\u8fc7\u201c\u4e1c\u76df\u5341\u52a0\u4e09\u4f1a\u8bae\u201d\u8fdb\u884c\u534f\u5546\uff0c\u63a8\u52a8\u533a\u57df\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5408\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2. \u4e1c\u4e9a\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u533a<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e0e\u4e1c\u76df\u7b7e\u7f72\u5168\u9762\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5408\u4f5c\u6846\u67b6\u534f\u8bae\uff0c\u63a8\u52a8\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u533a\u5efa\u8bbe\uff0c\u76ee\u6807\u662f\u5b9e\u73b02010\u5e74\u7684\u7269\u6d41\u96f6\u5173\u7a0e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3. \u533a\u57df\u5168\u9762\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u534f\u5b9a\uff08RCEP\uff09<\/p>\n<p>RCEP\u662f\u7531\u4e1c\u76df\u53d1\u8d77\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e2d\u56fd\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u97e9\u56fd\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u7b4915\u56fd\u53c2\u4e0e\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\u3002\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u524a\u51cf\u5173\u7a0e\u53ca\u975e\u5173\u7a0e\u58c1\u5792\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u7edf\u4e00\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\u3002RCEP\u4e8e2020\u5e7411\u670815\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u7b7e\u7f72\uff0c\u5e76\u4e8e2022\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e16\u754c\u6700\u5927\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u56db\u3001\u4f53\u80b2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.
