Attorney Zhao graduated from Fudan University Law School. He primarily focuses on family succession, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial and civil dispute resolution. With expertise in wealth succession and risk isolation, he utilizes legal and trust instruments to provide clients with comprehensive legal services, including family wealth management, matrimonial property protection, corporate equity structure design, overseas investment structuring, and tax planning. In 2020, together with senior experts in law, trust, insurance, finance, and taxation, he co-founded the Fushiliu Family Office.<\/p>

He previously worked in human resources management at China Merchants Securities (600999), giving him a strong understanding of corporate management.
