He is familiar with industries such as energy, new energy, and mining, and also possesses a background in financial management.<\/p><p>During his tenure of more than a decade at GCL Group, he led the establishment of the Group's legal department, built its legal management system, formulated legal management standards and processes, and guided and standardized legal risk management across the Group and its subsidiaries. He played a key role in the Hong Kong main board listing project of GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited (3800.HK), taking full responsibility for all China-related legal aspects, which culminated in the company's successful listing in November 2007. He also participated in the domestic legal work for GCL-Poly's acquisition of photovoltaic assets from its controlling shareholder in June 2009, a transaction valued at RMB 26.35 billion involving polysilicon and wafer production, which was honored with the ALB 2009 \"Deal of the Year\" award for M&amp;A.
